You can log in with a username and password. You can view your medical records, book appointments, order medications, view your test results and other things.

SystmOnLine Registration Form

You can view another person's records too, to order their medications on their behalf, book an appointment on their behalf.

You can fill in this form online and that will be sent through to the surgery and we will give you the access from there.

Proxy 3rd Party Online Access

Once you have your username and password you can then log in Access Your Medical Account Online 

You can view your medical records, order medications, book appointments and look at your test results.

This can also be done on the NHS app. This also provides a lot of helpful information that you may need.
