Unfortunately due to the years of underfunding across General Practices, you have probably noticed that something is wrong. Look at the difficulty you can have in getting an appointment at the surgery. We know and understand your frustration. When you do get through, it may not be an appointment with a GP at all. As already said, this is due to the underfunding across General Practice.
