Day time; To manage your calls more efficiently you will be offered 7 options when you call;
Option 1 – Medical Emergency – this is a dedicated line for emergencies, the staff do not have access for the usual appointments, but can access medical assistance promptly as appropriate.
Option 2 – 24 hour automated telephone system – you can order your repeat medications, book, check or cancel appointments. Ask the reception to record your PIN.
Option 3 – Speak to our reception team who will help with your query and will also book appointments, home visits (please request before 10am)
Option 4 – Referrals line. For any queries relating to hospital referrals.
